The Process

Meeting Phase
This is the time when we meet at the proposed site to discuss your ideas and to listen to your exact needs and desires in a new home.
Design Phase
Your home begins to take shape. We will continue to review the floor plan and elevations and make alterations until it is perfect.
Permitting Phase
The plans are now completed and have been properly engineered. The city or county will inspect the plans and will issue a building permit.
Construction Phase
Construction is ready to begin. Depending on the size and complexity of your particular home this process usually takes 4 months – 1 year.
Client Walk-Through
As construction is finishing we will walk you through your new home. We have a total of 2 complete walk-throughs. On the first walk-through we explain every single detail of your new home to you. At this point especially, together we will spend extra attention to the small details to make sure nothing was overlooked. On the second walk-through we explain the items we fixed from the previous walk-through and make sure everything is ready for you to move in.
Follow-Up / Warranty
Once you have settled into your new home there is sure to be a few items that you have questions about. We at ESL Construction Builders will follow-up with you on a regular basis to insure that all your questions are answered and everything is working properly in your new home.
