How long does it take to construct a house?

This is one of the most common questions about custom home building. When the final plans are available and the land has been purchassed, we build your home in about 9 months and guarantee the closing date upon signing.

How do you price a set of plans?

The initial plan is free of charge as the quotation. After Acceptation of the quote and upon signing the contract we ask our architect and structure engineer to make the plan and submit to obtain the building permit The cost is around 50,000 baths for a single house but could be cheaper depending on the fee in different province in Thailand

Can you build a house on my lot?

Building a custom home from your set of plans or one of our plans is a big part of what we do. We will also work with you along with our design team to design the perfect home for your lot.

Do I need to have architectural plans?

This is a very common question. The answer to that is no, but if you do that's fine too. you can use our design team to work with you to design a custom home that is unique and custom to you and your family's needs.

Does ESL Construction have plans we can choose from?

Yes, we have a wide variety of bungalows and 2-story house plans from designers for both in town and estate building lots.

Can I make changes to the plans?

Changes and revisions can be made during the design process; however, all the decisions are made prior to construction with our design team to avoid confusion. We work with you when making decisions because we understand that building a new home can be a very stressful time for you, we like to make it as stress free as we can possibly can.

There is so many decisions to make when building a home, where do we start?

Every ESL Construction house has time included to help you along the way with every finish you need to decide on. Our process makes your life very easy, from the selection of your floors, to your wall tiles, to your fixtures you choose in your bathrooms, our personal designer is there to help you.

At what point do we communicate to ESL Construction about building our home if we are not planning on moving into our new custom home for a year?

As stated in another question above we offer a guaranteed move in date 9 months upon recieving the deposit which includes signing a firm construction contract. Talking to us earlier enables us to have your family in our building rotation earlier which guarantees you to be in your home on your desired move in date.
